Power Rankings Week 5

The rankings are starting to settle in. At this point in the season there will be less drastic movement unless something crazy happens. We expected to see more movement in our "Whoopi" rankings for a team like Seattle (4 wins in a row) but the algorithm only bumped them up to #8 despite their record placing them tied for 4th in the WNBA standings.
